Eating before Sleeping can Trigger Heartburn?

When somebody feels hungry, they will eat something. If we follow the correct way, we should eat 3 times in a day and small meal between breakfast and lunch. In order to be health, we need to consume vitamin, mineral and so on. We can get that from vegetables, fruits, water, and milk.

Is that true, eating before sleeping can trigger heartburn? Yes indeed. When we are sleeping, our body is in relaxing mode. If our stomach is full, you force the stomach to work harder. And that can trigger the stomach to produce acid. The more you eat a lot and right after go to the bed, the more you get heartburn badly. Try not to sleep after eating. You can have dinner 2 or 3 hours before bedtime, the stomach need to digest food completely. If for some reason, you feel really hungry, try to eat snack or fruits in small portion.

In many cases, people do a short cut by taking antacid medicine. Once a while, it is fine taking antacids. Drink plenty of water so you will not get kidney problems. There is natural way you can do if you do not want to take antacids like drinking young coconut water. Young coconut water has lots of electrolyte and can soothe the heartburn.
