<p>Our body needs nutrition and you need to know how to cook right. First is steaming. Steaming is used hot vaporize water to cook the food. It does not need oil like frying or fat. It is very healthy and the cooking time is very short. <a href="http://www.zincsustainability.org/search/healthy-cooking-way/" target="_blank"><strong>Healthy cooking way</strong></a> is the best.<br />
You will not lose the vitamins and the food texture is soft and wet. For people who have diabetes, stomach problems, this is good to reduce and control the disease. Do you know how to steam the food? I’ll show you, first, prepare the food and already seasoning. Make sure the thickness of food is same.</p>

<p>Second is prepare steamer, there is cooking steamer, you can use it either. Using manual steamer, you need to pour enough water, put the strainer inside the pan and not touch the water. Cover it and turn on the gas. Wait till it is boiling.</p>
<p>Third is put the food inside the pan, cover it, wait approximately 10-20 minutes (it depends on what kind of food you cook. The harder food you cook, it takes longer time.</p>
<p>Fourth is ready to eat. Do not recook again because the food will get to well done.</p>
