If steaming using hot vaporized water, boiling is used boiling water with the food in it. It sound this technique is easy but you need to know how to cook right without losing the vitamin and nutrition.
First is make sure you wash the vegetables or meat.
Second is boiling water in stainless because to protect the food of metal contamination.
Third is when it boils, put the food, give seasoning and you all set
NB: if you think the water is decreased and the food is not ready yet, pour hot water preferably.
